Former students automatically become ACS Alumni and join thousands of former ACS students who over more than 125 years have played or currently play prominent roles in every aspect of society both in Singapore and around the world. A very active Alumni Association supports the six ACS schools in Singapore, and their actions and connections reinforce the very strong ACS brand. A sub group of this organisation – the ACS (International) Alumni Committee – organises get-togethers of former students and teachers of ACS (International).
“ACS International provided the environment for me to mature holistically as an individual. I was given many opportunities to flourish in not just studies but volunteer work and co-curricular activities. The small class size ratio and teachers (during my time) were extremely helpful and I still count some of them now as my friends.”
Was in the first graduating batch of IB students from ACS (International) where I did HL English, Math, Economics with Economics being my forte (7 for HL Econs). Followed by Singapore Management University Bachelor of Business Management (with honours), double major in Finance and Marketing. At the moment with 2 years of working experience in the real estate & hospitality industry doing business development and marketing. Will be enrolled in Harvard University graduate summer program in 2015.
“ACS International is a truly special place where I have made lifelong friends. It’s the people that will always make your experience at the school and I’m proud to have a close knit group of ACSians who I can call my friends and are doing great things in their respective careers, for which the foundations were built at ACS International.”
I studied Literature, Economics, Mathematics (Statistics) and Chemistry in the final class that took A Levels at ACS (International). As one of the few classes at ACS International and a third generation ACSian, I’m really proud to see the school grow from strength to strength.
After I finished at ACS International, I finished my national service and went to Houston to study at Rice University. I majored in Political Science with Honors and came back to Singapore to work in my family business where I now head our FinTech business. This August I will start my 2 year MBA at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston.
