COVID-19 Vaccination Programme

The COVID-19 Vaccination exercise for students includes both Singaporean and international students who are 12 and over on 1 June 2021. Students who do not participate in the student vaccination drive can still get their vaccine later in the year but will not get priority of bookings.

National School-Based HPV Vaccination Programme

The school has arranged with the Health Promotion Board (HPB) to provide an opt-in HPV vaccination service to all (Singaporean and international) female students in Year 1, 2, 3, 4, Pre-IB and FIB on the school premises.

Dates for 2021 HPV vaccinations will be released when we have been informed of them. Students will be informed of their allocated time slot prior to the vaccination date.

If you wish for your daughter to receive the vaccination you need to submit a paper copy to the Nurse’s Office as soon as possible. Consent forms can be given to HPB staff on the day.

Health Screening Programme for Secondary 1 & 2 Students 

The Singapore Health Promotion Board performs Health Screening for all Secondary 1 and 2 students at ACS (International) on an annual basis. The summary for the Health Screening is found below:

Year 1s – Backbone check, review and catch-up on childhood immunization that’s not completed.

Year 2s – Vision Screening, Hearing Test, Backbone Check and Catch-up on childhood immunization that’s not completed.

If there is a need to refer, students will be referred to the Student Clinic at Health Promotion Board (HPB). The official letter about the Health Screening process can be found below:

Health Screening in 2021 for Year 1 and 2 students will occur in the week (Date to be confirmed). Your child will be given their date and time in the week prior.
